Hi, I'm Sylvie.

I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists, and is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. 

I've been working in the mental health sector since 2014 and have worked with children, teens and adults on a variety of mental health issues, including, but not limited to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Anxiety (Social Anxiety, General Anxiety, etc.), Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, self-harm, perfectionism, adjustment difficulties, stress and/or burnout, as well as family, couple and parenting difficulties. I also work with clients who may not have a mental health condition, but are searching for meaning and a sense of purpose in their lives. 

Each client is unique and I tailor my approach to support them in achieving their therapy and/or assessment goals. My therapeutic approaches include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Existential Psychotherapy.

I take a client-centred approach and seek to empower clients to be able to manage their issues and thrive. I have a firm commitment to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients, where their values, knowledge and preferences are always respected.
